Pull new signups and trial starts
Query your database or Stripe for every new signup and trial started in the last 24 hours. Include email domain, plan selected, workspace name, and any onboarding steps completed. Also pull any new self-serve conversions from Stripe.

Score leads and research companies
For each new signup, research the company domain to determine industry, approximate size, and any relevant signals (funding, tech stack, use case fit). Assign each lead a fit score from 0–100 based on company profile match against an ideal customer profile. Draft a suggested outreach angle for the top-scoring leads.

Build and deploy the lead command center miniapp
Generate a Next.js miniapp dashboard that displays every new lead as a ranked card with fit score, company context, plan selected, and a suggested outreach angle. Cards are color-coded by score tier (hot/warm/cold). Include sort and filter controls. Deploy to a public URL for the sales team.
